Coating Wastewater Treatment
The coating directly enters the IVECDEST low-temperature vacuum evaporator without pretreatment. The evaporation occurs under vacuum low-temperature conditions. The water vapor condensates to form distilled water, which is collected into the clean water storage tank, leaving only about 5% of the trace concentrated solution. It can greatly reduce and remove the organic matter COD and heavy metals in the waste liquid. Through the IVECDEST evaporator, the amount of wastewater can be reduced by more than 95%, and the distilling liquid can be reused as middle water or further processed to meet the discharge standards.
