Solutions:

Electroplating waste liquid is mainly heavy metal, COD, salt, there are two main treatment methods, 1: low concentration wastewater into IVECDEST low temperature vacuum evaporator, extraction of more than 95% clear distillate, the remaining trace concentrated liquid as hazardous waste treatment. 2: The high concentration of waste liquid can enter the low temperature vacuum drying and crystallization system of VESALT scraper to remove the inorganic salts, heavy metals and COD contained in the waste liquid, and finally obtain dry solid crystalline salt, the moisture content of solid crystalline salt is ≤15%. The clear and transparent distillate can be reused as water or treated to discharge standards.

Concentration solution: electroplating wastewater into IVECDEST cryogenic vacuum evaporator, under the condition of vacuum low temperature evaporation, water vapor condensation in the process of vacuum forming distilled water, collected into the water tank; The remaining trace waste is treated as the next hazardous waste. It can greatly reduce or even remove harmful chemicals and heavy metals contained in the waste liquid. Through the IVECDEST low temperature evaporator, the amount of wastewater can be reduced by more than 90%, and the distillate can be reused or further treated to meet the water or discharge standards.

Crystallization solution: electroplating waste water directly into VESALT scraper crystallizer, low-temperature vacuum drying in vacuum evaporation drying at low, can greatly reduce, eliminate waste liquid containing inorganic salt, heavy metal and COD, eventually get dry solid crystal, solid crystal salt, moisture content can be up to 15%. The water vapor produced by evaporation condenses to form distilled water in the vacuum process and is collected in the clean water bucket. The evaporation rate of the equipment can reach more than 98%, the water quality is clear and transparent, and the distillate can be reused or further processed to meet the emission standards.
