Pickling Wastewater Treatment

Solution：

Pickling wastewater usually needs to be neutralized and pretreated, the PH of the stock solution is adjusted at 6 ~ 9, and then it enters the VESALT scraper low-temperature vacuum drying crystallizer, and evaporates and dries under vacuum low-temperature conditions, which can greatly reduce and remove the inorganic salts, heavy metals and COD contained in the waste liquid, and finally obtain dry solid crystals, and the moisture content of solid crystal salt can reach <15%. Water evaporation of water vapor condensation in the process of vacuum forming distilled water, collecting to scuttlebutt, equipment water evaporation rate can reach more than 98%, effluent is clear and transparent, pickling wastewater zero emissions.

Brief Introduction:

Various impurities such as welding oxide skin, oxide layer, tempering color, foreign rust and metal components pressed into the surface through the machine will be removed from the surface of stainless steel during the pickling process.
