Copper Wastewater Treatment
Copper wastewater contains sulfuric acid and copper ion. The wastewater into the IVECDEST low temperature vacuum distillation system and finally extracts more than 90% clear distillate. The remaining 5% ~ 10% high salt mother liquor into VESALT scraper low temperature vacuum drying crystallization system, finally obtains dry solid crystal salt with moisture content ≤15%. The clear and transparent distillate can be reused as water or treated to discharge standards. The water yield can reach more than 99%. The water quality is clear and transparent, and the distillate can be reused as middle water or meet the discharge standard.

Landfill Leachate Treatment
Leachate wastewater contains with high salt and high organic. There are two main treatment ways, 1: small volume enters IVECDEST cryogenic vacuum evaporator, extract more than 95% pure distilled liquid into the biochemical treatment and remaining trace of waste for further treatment. 2: large volume treated by MVR first or after multi-effect evaporation, produce the high concentrated mother liquor into VESALT scraper vacuum drying crystallization system to remove the inorganic salt, heavy metal and COD. Eventually get dry solid crystal salt with moisture content of 15% or less. Extract the limpid transparent distillate that can be used as water reuse or processing to achieve discharge standard.

Electroplating Wastewater Treatment
Electroplating wastewater contains heavy metals, COD and salt. There are two main treatment ways. 1: Low concentration wastewater into IVECDEST vacuum evaporator and extract more than 95% pure distilled liquid.
