Wastewater Treatment System

Greenlan vacuum distillation and drying crystallization system can recover high quality distilled water and dried waste from industrial wastewater. It is a true sense of "zero liquid discharge" in all wastewater treatment processes.

Thermal Crystallizer

Use steam as energy to evaporate wastewater under negative pressure at 35 ℃ low temperature. The inside scraper scraps tank wall and mixes waste water to prevent crystal condensation in tank wall. And eventually get solid crystal with moisture 10% or less and obtain the cleardistilled water.

Heat Pump Crystallizer

Use electric as energy without any steam and cooling water needed. Low temperature evaporation occurs at 35℃ . The scraper continuously stirs the tank wall to prevent the crystals from adhering to the wall. Finally, the wastewater is treated into dry solid crystals and automatically discharge distillate.

Heat Pump Evaporator

Use the heat generated by the heat pump to separate water and pollutants to get clear distilled water under low temperature aroud 35℃ and can reduce COD as high as 99% to reuse or discharge directly. The equipment automatic operation without the unattended.

Disc Film Dryer

Using steam as energy with disc structure to dry and crystallize wastewater "in one step" and eventually leave trace dry solid waste with moisture to reach 1%. It's really efficient, stable and energy-saving. It can obtain clear, higher quality distilled water with COD reduced by 99%.

MVR Disc Film Dryer

With MVR working principle, the disk heating system can reduce the operating energy consumption by more than 45%. Wastewater is treated "in one step" and the remaining trace dry solid waste with moisture content ≤1%. It's truly efficient, stable, energy saving to obtain clear distilled water.

MTR Double Effect Evaporator

High efficiency and energy saving evaporator, built-in scraper of tank wall and liquid mixing to prevent crystal and composition of condensation in the tank wall. It effectively increases evaporation efficiency. The water molecules will eventually be separated from pollutants and finally obtain clear water.
