Thermal evaporation crystallizer uses steam as energy to evaporate wastewater under negative pressure at 35 ℃ low temperature. Extract crystal clear distillate to reuse and leave trace solid crystallization waste with moisture 20% or less. The whole process is fully automatic with 24 hours continuous unmanned operation. It's totally in-one-stop solution and is true sense of Zero liquid discharge.The special designed inside scraper scraps tank wall and mixes wastewater to prevent crystal condensation in tank wall. This greatly reduces scaling risk and cleaning frequency. In the same time, the stiring also increases the wastewater evaporation efficiency. It can be widely used in pharmaceuticals, new energy, RO reject, MVR concentrated liquid, chemical, etc.

  • SME1 Thermal Scraper Low Temperature Vacuum Crystallizer
    S-ME1 thermal scraper drying crystallization equipment, using a single module structure. It uses alternative energy heating such as steam to distill and dry the wastewater at a low temperature of 35℃. The scraper continues to stir the tank wall and wastewater prevents the crystallization from condensate on the tank wall. Finally, the wastewater is treated into a dry powder solid, and the dry powder solid is automatically discharged.

  • SME2 Thermal Scraper Low Temperature Vacuum Crystallizer
    S-ME2 steam type scraper drying mold, using a double module structure. Under the vacuum condition, the low temperature continues to remain at 35 ℃. The evaporation chamber is equipped with a scraper, which continuously stirring the waste liquid, and finally drying the waste liquid into solid or semi-solid waste. The scraper automatically discharges the waste from the tank.

    S-ME3 is three modules structure, using alternative energy sources such as the steam to heat the wastewater. The boling temperature will be very low under vacuum condition, like 35~40℃. And the vapor coming from wastewater will be cooled down by cooling water to form distillate. And finally, the wastewater will be treated into dry solid crystallization and discharged automatically.

    S-ME4 is four module structure thermal crystallizer. It uses steam as energy. There is scraper inside of the boiling chamber to stir the wall continuously. Under the vacuum condition, the wastewaster will boil at 30~40℃. This temperature is close to normal temperature, so it's not easy to scale. With continuous evaporation, the wastewater will be dried up and finally dicharged automatically.

    S-ME5 is the five-module structure. The pressure in the boiling chamber is nearly -0.098mpa and the water will boil at a very low temperature like 35℃. It uses alternative energy sources such as steam for heating. Scraper continues to scrap tank wall and mix liquid to prevent crystal condensation in the tank wall, eventually make the waste water be processed into dry powder solid, and automatically discharged.
