Solution:
Metal drawing lubrication waste liquid without pretreatment directly into the IVECDEST low-temperature vacuum evaporator. Under the, vacuum condition, water starts to boil at 30~40℃. The vapor goes into condensation chamber to form distillater and collected to the water storage tank, leaving only about 5% ~ 8% of the trace concentrated liquid. It can greatly reduce and remove the organic matter COD and heavy metals in the waste liquid.
Application:
Cable production
Steel cord production
Steel wire production
Steel wire production
Brief Introduction:
Source:
Mainly from metal wire processing, such as the cord, steel wire rope, and other enterprises. During manufacturing process, it will accumulate a lot of wire drawing lubricant liquid waste. The cooling and lubricating emulsions contains a mixture of various product performance improving ingredients in addition to oils, waxes, lipids and preservatives. Used emulsions are not allowed to be discharged untreated into drainage systems. The disposal is very expensive.
Features:
According to the type of wire produced, the wastewater qualitywill be different, and the color be different. It contains a large number of mineral oil, animal oil and vegetable oil, and oily agents, surfactants, emulsifier, preservatives and other organic and inorganic additives.
Hazard:
The COD, oil and other indicators of the wire-drawing lubrizing wastewater produced in the production of metal wire are very high, and it is toxic and difficult to biodegrade, which causes great harm to the environment.
Process Diagram:
Drawing lubrication liquid without any pretreatment, can be directly into the evaporator, under the condition of vacuum presssure, water vapor condensate in the process of evaporation into distilled water, collect to water storage tanks, can reuse in production line or row to the waste water station. Through Greenlan evaporator, the wastewater volume can be reduced by more than 95%, the distillate can be reused or meet the discharge standards, and the concentrated liquid with trace and high concentration can be treated as hazardous waste.
