Brief Introduction

Customer Background:

The customer is a world-renowned enterprise. The main business is the research and development, production and sales of electrolytic copper foil.

The customer produces copper foil waste liquid in the production process, which contains copper sulfate and sulfuric acid. The volume of waste water: 24 tons/day

Original processing method: 

Outsourcing disposal. The processing cost is about 2000 rmb/ton and the total monthly disposal cost is more than 1.4 million rmb.

Application of our equipment:

Use a set of IVECDEST S-VE24000 low temperature vacuum distillation system. The waste liquid contains copper sulfate, dilute sulfuric acid, through the S-VE24000 low temperature distillation system treatment, it can extract about 95% clear distillate for reuse. The remaining 5% concentrated waste liquid for disposal.

Cost savings: more than 8 million rmb/year

Process diagram: 

Without any pretreatment, wastewater automatically goes into S-VE24000 low-temperature vacuum distillation system. Total daily processing capacity is 24 tons to extract more than 95% of the distilled liquid and separate high concentration of waste liquid.
