Main Features

Compared with the traditional distillation technology, the heat pump vacuum evaporator adopts the heat pump distillation technology, which can save more than 90% in energy consumption. Its energy source is electricity and no steam is needed for heating or as an auxiliary heat source. This greatly saves investment and consumption of supporting facilities of the equipment.
The boiling tank can be cleaned by itself during operation, no need manual cleaning, which minimizes the risk of scaling.
The refrigeration cycle uses ecological refrigerant gas without any external cooling water supply. It greatly saves the consumption of supporting facilities, cooling water and electricity.
Modular design and more compact structure. It covers a small area. Uses SUS 316L stainless steel material, so it's completely detachable. The assembly and operation are fast and convenient.
Fully automatic control and operation. The wastewater intake, distilled water discharge, concentrated liquid effluent discharge are fully automatic operation. It can work continuously for 24 hours. Compared with other processes, it is simple to operate with less control points, higher degree of automation, low failure rate, stable operation and very low maintenance cost.

Principle Description:
S-VE series vacuum evaporator uses specially designed heat pump technology with boiling chamber below and condensation system above. The system operates under vacuum condition to ensure the lowenergy consumption.
Refrigeration Circuit:
S-VE series evaporator adopts heat pump technology.
The device has a refrigeration system to transfer heat to boil the wastewater, while a condensing coil condenses the distillation by extracting heat.
Vacuum Circuit:
To achieve the necessary vacuum in the boiling chamber, a vacuum liquid ring pump and a high performance injection system are used.
The vacuum system produced a vacuum pressure of -0.98mpa inside the evaporator, which ensures that the wastewater in the boiling chamber to boil at a temperature of 35 ℃.
Distillation Circuit:
The discharge of the distillate is carried out independently of the concentrate. In the S-VE series low-temperature vacuum evaporator, the storage tank is integrated, which continuously discharges the concentrate by a centrifugal pump controlled by a horizontal system.
Centralized Circuit:
The concentrated product is discharged by a dedicated pump (1.250-1.300 g/l for high concentrations), which can discharge and recycle the concentrated product to achieve better uniformity of waste, less scale formation and an increase in heat coefficient of exchange.
Each effect device is equipped with an independent discharge pump.
Automation, Alarm And Control:
The S-VE series low-temperature vacuum evaporator can be automated for 7 days and 24 hours without any manual operation by the PLC management. The simple and intuitive configuration of the software allows easy reading and efficient configuration of running parameters. The screen ensures efficient, rapid global control.
