Brief Introduction
Customer Background:
Customer is one of the world's top 500 international well-known foreign enterprises, mainly engaged in electroplating and surface treatment and other industries, the main customers for the automotive industry, such as Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and other well-known automobile enterprises.
The customer produces copper sulfate waste water in the production process, and requires that the waste water be treated to obtain dry crystalline solid, and distilled water is reused.
Original Processing:
The disposal cost is about 2,500 yuan/ton, and the total annual disposal cost is more than 4.5 million yuan

Application Of Greenlan Program:

Process Flow:
Copper sulfate wastewater without any pretreatment automatically into the NTSALT cloth membrane distillation drying crystallization system, a total daily processing capacity of 5 tons, extraction of more than 98% of the distilled liquid in the waste, and finally obtain the dry crystalline powder with a moisture content of about 5%, the separated distilled liquid is reused to the production line.
