Brief Introduction

Customer Background:

Customer copper foil waste water produced in the process of production, the main components, such as copper sulfate wastewater quantity about 1 ton/day.

Original Treatment Method:

New project, wastewater zero discharge.

Application of Greenlan Equipment:

1 ton/day of wastewater automatically goes into VESALT S-HP1000 heat pump scraper crystallization temperature drying equipment, processing a total capacity of 1 ton per day. Waste liquid contains high concentration of cupric sulfate salt. After processing through the scraper crystallization system, can extract about more than 90% of the distilled liquid and leave only about 10% of dry solid salt crystals with moisture content of 20% or less.

Process Flow:

Copper sulfate mother liquor without any pretreatment, automatically goes into S-HP1000 heat pump scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment, a total daily processing capacity of 1 ton, extracting of more than 90% of the distilled liquid in the waste solution with moisture content≤20%.
