Brief Introduction
Customer background：
The company is located in Binzhou, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 100 million RMB and total assets of more than 600 million RMB. As of 2009/2/20, they have obtained 100 pesticide registration certificates. It is the largest herbicide manufacturer in China.
The company products contain 4 major categories of original: samide class, striazine, 2 nitroaniline, glyphosate with annual output of 60000 tons. In the aspect of preparation, the company can produce herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, which is the three major series over ninety varieties and specifications of the products. The preparation covers missible oil, wettable powder, suspending agent, agent, etc, with annual production of more than 20000 tons, to meet the different needs of the market.
The customer has pesticide intermediates and after three effect evaporator treatment, the high salt waste water is about 5 tons/day.
Original treatment：
Outsourcing disposal and treatment costs about 3000 rmb/ton. The total annual cost is more than 4.5 million rmb.
Cost saving：about 300 million/year
Application of Greenlan equipment:
Through S-ME5000 scraper low temperature crystallization (blast-proof), treat mother liquor about 5 tons per day, The final discharge is salt crystals with moisture content of 10% or less. The solid waste discharge automatically and also the distillation discharged to water station automatically.
Process diagram：
Without any pretreatment, the wastewater directly goes into S-ME5000 scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment. The daily processing capacity is about 5 tons, extracting about 90% distillate from the waste. The final discharge is salt crystallization with moisture content≤10%.
