Brief Introduction
Client Background:
The client is a state-owned enterprise located in Linqu, Shandong Province. The business scope includes the production and sales of metallurgical coke, crude benzene, coal tar, ammonium sulfide, gas and other products.
The customer produces desulfurization liquid in the production process, the existing gas desulfurization system is to use the ammonia in the gas as the alkali source complex iron as the desulfurization agent, in order to ensure the normal operation of gas desulfurization and desulfurization liquid three salt content, about 10-15 tons of desulfurization liquid needs to be treated with salt every day, the cleaning liquid back to the desulfurization system, the salt and its impurities back to the coal mixing system coking. Desulfurization liquid composition: ammonia, ammonium sulfate, ammonium thiocyanate, ammonium thiosulfate, elemental sulfur, chloride, etc
Original Disposal Method:
Outsourcing disposal, treatment costs about 1500 rmb/ton, in the disposal of the total cost of more than 8 million rmb.

About 4 million rmb/year (using waste heat steam)
Application of Greenlan Equipment:
Through a set of S-ME15000 scraper low-temperature drying and crystallization equipment, 15 tons of desulfization waste liquid is treated every day. After treatment, the salt discharged is crystallized as solid, and the moisture content is ≤10%. The salt discharged without manual operation, and the distilling liquid is automatically discharged to the water station.
Process Flow
The desulfurization liquid doesn't need any pre-processing, directly go enter the S-ME15000 scraper crystallization temperature drying equipment. Total capacity is about 15 tons/day, about 80% distillate extracted and finally discharge solid waste residue. After cooling, the waste is dry, crystal salt with moisture content of 10% or less.
