Brief Introduction
Customer Background：
The client is a world-famous Taiwese-funded enterprise, mainly engaged in the production of copper foil substrate and glass fiber cloth impregnated substrate (high-strength glass fiber products) and other emerging industries and new materials, listed in the world's top 500.
The customer produces sodium sulfate waste water in the production process. Customer requires the final solid waste with a moisture content of no more than 8%. The wastewater is reused after wastewater treatment.

Original Disposal Method:
Outsourcing disposal, the treatment cost is about 6000 rmb/ton. The total annual disposal cost is more than 8 million rmb.
Application of Greenlan Equipment:
A set of NTSALT disc film drying crystallization system
Process Flow:
Sodium sulfate wastewater without any pretreatment can automatically go into the NTSALT cloth membrane distillation drying crystallization system, a total daily processing capacity of 5 tons and extract more than 98% of distillate from waster, finally obtain 8% moisture content of dry crystalline powder, the separated distillate is reused to the production line.
