Brief Introduction
Customer background:
The client is an all-Japanese multinational corporation, a world-renowned Japanese film and camera producer. It has more than 220 R&D center, manufacturing and sales facilities in Asia, Europe and North America. It also produces computer storage media, such as CD-Rs and polar disks. In 2012, it ranked 400th in the Fortune Global 500 list.
The customer produces cleaning wastewater during the production process, mainly high salt wastewater, which is treated by RO reverse osmosis to produce about 5 tons of RO reject per day.
Original treatment:
Outsourcing disposal. The processing cost is about 2,500 rmb/ton and the daily disposal cost is about 12,000 rmb.
Cost savings: about 2.5 million rmb/year
Application of Greenlan equipment:
A set of VESALT S-ME steam scraper low temperature drying and crystallization equipment provided. The total wastewater is about 5 tons/day and after the scraper crystallization system treatment, the waste liquid can extract about 98% of the distillate, only 2% dry crystals as solid waste with moisture content ≤10%.
Process diagram:
Wastewater without any pretreatment, can automatically directly enter into the S-ME5000 steam scraper low-temperature drying crystallization equipment and a total daily processing capacity is 5 tons, extracting more than 98% of the distilled liquid. The remaining trace dry crystal salt is automatically discharged to tons of bags as solid waste disposal.
