SME1 Thermal Scraper Low Temperature Vacuum Crystallizer

S-ME1 thermal scraper drying crystallization equipment, using a single module structure. It uses alternative energy heating such as steam to distill and dry the wastewater at a low temperature of 35℃. The scraper continues to stir the tank wall and wastewater prevents the crystallization from condensate on the tank wall. Finally, the wastewater is treated into a dry powder solid, and the dry powder solid is automatically discharged.

Main Features


lLow temperature drying and crystallization of industrial wastewater "in one step". The residual waste is solid/semi-solid waste, and the moisture content is very low to 10%;


lDry and evaporate at low temperature 30~40℃ to obtain clear distilled water with better water quality;


lEquipment occupies a small area, 24 hours automatic operation, unattended, simple operation;


lPhysical extraction distillation liquid and no chemical added during process;


lSuitable for the treatment of various high-salt wastewater and there is no risk of clogging and scaling, etc;


lThe operation of the equipment can be monitored remotely through the mobile /PC terminal;


lDifferent raw material options, such as 316L stainless steel and special stainless steel materials resistant to corrosive liquids, such as 2205, SAF2507 or titanium, etc.






Working Principle Description:


Single module structure. It uses steam and other alternative energy heating. Through a specially designed vacuum pump to make the evaporation chamber under vacuum pressure from -0.08Mpa ~ -0.098Mpa. The external steam heat source makes the high concentration wastewater boiling under vacuum and external cooling water to condense vapor to form clear  distilled liquid. The build-in scraper continues to stir tank wall to prevent crystal condensation in the tank wall, stirring at the same time can effectively increase the efficiency of evaporation drying, eventually make the crystallization of high concentrated wastewater and finally discharge automatically. This is, in fact, minimize waste liquid treatment.
