 Customer background

 

Customer is located in Hubei. The main business is fine chemical products development, production and sales. The key product has fine chemical intermediates YP, ADMP, ADTP and light initiator, etc. The customer produces about 150 tons/day of pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater in the production process, and through MVR evaporator + centrifuge, about 40 tons/day of mother liquor is produced.


Customer produces about 20% ~ 35% of MVR salt concentration saturated mother liquor, wastewater volume: 40 tons/day

Original processing method: outsourcing disposal, processing cost is about 3500 rmb/ton, and the total annual disposal cost is more than 50 million rmb.


 Application of Greenlan equipment:

 

Use 2 sets of S-ME25000 thermal scraper crystallization equipment. The daily capacity is to treat 50 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates MVR mother liquor. The TDS is about 200000 mg/L and COD is about 150000 mg/L ~ 800000 mg/L. After through Greenlan scraper drying crystallization equipment, the dry solid moisture content is ≤10%. Evaporation chamber and heat exchange use titanium TA2 material and equipment running smoothly. Discharge without manual operation. During the operation of the equipment, Greenlan has remote monitoring data in the background, such as abnormal working conditions can be used for remote troubleshooting and solving.

Cost savings: about 30 million rmb/year

MVR mother liquor no need pretreatment, directly into the 2 sets of S - automatically ME25000 scraper crystallization temperature drying equipment, total capacity of about 50 tons a day, About 85% ~ 90% distillate can be extracted and finally discharge salt crystals.
