The company has a large customer base of power generation equipment in the global energy industry, providing equipment, services and management solutions in the power generation, oil and gas, distribution and energy leasing industries.
The customer produces heavy metal wastewater that is difficult to deal with during the production process. The wastewater volume is 6 tons/day
Original Process Method:
Outsourcing disposal. The treatment cost is about 4000 rmb/ton. The total annual disposal cost is more than 7 million rmb.

Application of Greenlan Equipment:
A set of VESALT S-HP5000 heat pump scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment is provided. The total wastewater is about 5 tons/day. After the scraper crystallization system system treatment, the waste liquid can be extracted about 99% of the distillate and only 1% dry crystallization left with moisture content ≤10%.
Process Flow: Heavy metal wastewater after PH adjustment and pretreatment, automatically enter into S-HP5000 heat pump scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment, total of 5 tons per day, extracting more than 99% of the distilled liquid in the waste and remaining trace of dry crystal salt automatically discharged to tons of bags.
