Customer Background:
The client company is located in Shandong and belongs to National Agricultural Materials Group, which is a fine chemical enterprise designated by the state for the production of pesticide original drug and preparation processing. The registered capital of the company is 550 million rmb, and there are more than 1000 employees. Its main business is the research and development, production and sales of chemical pesticides, with an annual sales income of more than 1 billion rmb. The company is the Top 100 pesticide enterprises in China (19), and the top 50 leading industrial enterprises in Tai 'an City. The company's existing original drug products such as pyridine, imidacloprid, dipyrimidine, nitenpyramide, etc., is a designated enterprise producing nicotine pesticides in the whole industry chain.
The customer produces pesticide intermediate wastewater in the production process, and produces high-salt wastewater of about 50 tons/day after evaporation and concentrated by three-effect evaporator.
Original disposal method:
Outsourcing disposal, disposal cost is about 2000 rmb/ton. And the total annual disposal cost is more than 20 million rmb.

Application of our program:
Use two sets of S-ME25000 scraper low-temperature drying crystallization equipment (explosion-proof). The wastewater amount is about 50 tons per day. After treatment, the discharged salt crystallization is dry solid with moisture content≤12%. The salt is discharged without manual operation, and the clear distillate is automatically discharged to the water station.
Process Flow:
The high concentrated liquid without any pretreatment, directly goes into two sets of S-ME25000 scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment. The total daily processing capacity is about 50 tons, extracting about 80% distillate. The discharged salt crystallization with moisture content ≤12%.
