The customer is a professional production of electrode new materials. The products are mainly used in copper foil production, sewage treatment, environmental protection, ocean anti-corrosion and other fields. It’s the high-tech new energy industry listed company.
The customer produces copper sulfate wastewater in the production process. The salt wastewater produced is about 1 ton/day, mainly composed of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid mixture.
Original Disposal Method:
Outsourcing disposal and treatment cost is about 4000 rmb/ton. The total disposal cost is about 1.4 million rmb.

Application of Greenlan Equipment:
Use one set of VESALT S-HP1000 heat pump scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment. The total wastewater is about 1 ton/day and after the scraper crystallization system treatment, the waste liquid can be extracted about 99% of the distillate, only left 2% dry crystallization with moisture content ≤10%.
Process flow:
Copper sulfate waste liquid without any pretreatment, can automatically go into S-HP1000 heat pump scraper low temperature drying crystallization equipment. The total daily processing capacity is 1 ton and extract more than 99% of distillate water. The remaining trace of dry crystal salt automatically discharged to tons of bags.
