The drying crystallization system is used in industrial wastewater zero discharge. It evaporates water in a special designed vacuum condition. Water is evaporated and dry crystallization is left. The water can be reused to production line. It is a true sense of zero liquid discharge.
Greenlan low temperature drying crystallization system is specially designed for ZLD. Under vacuum condition, water boils at 30~40℃. The inside scraper increases evaporation efficiency and prevents scaling on the evaporation tank wall.
In most cases, we can treat the wastewater into solid salt, like copper foil industry, galvanizing industry, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, etc.
Greenlan low temperature drying crystallization system has below features:
-Made by AISI316L/2205/SAF2507 stainless steel or titanium, completely removable.
-Suitable for high salt wastewater & high concentration wastewater, use the built-in scraper to increase efficiency and crystal separation.
-Heat pump vacuum distillation, using R407C and R134a refrigerants.
-Wastewater intake, distilled water, concentrated liquid effluent are fully automatic operation, completely closed without emissions.
-The control system uses Siemens PLC and control panel.
-Modular design, compact structure, small footprint, fast and convenient assembly and operation.

● Monolithic frame made of austenitic stainless steel.
● The boiling chamber equipped with a saddle-shaped external heat exchanger with an inspection scope.
● Digital and control instruments for automatic system monitoring.
● Equipped with heat exchanger steam condenser and cooling circuits.
● Unique scraper system increases the efficiency of drying crystal separation.
Vacuum Circuit
Condensate discharge and vacuum circuit, consisting of centrifugal pump, vacuum ejector, condensate storage and cooling tank, equipped with heat exchanger, check valve, digital and analog control, monitoring instrument.
Condensation System
● The condensation system is equipped with a heat pump made of the main refrigerant unit, a process compressor, an ecological refrigerant, a fan heat exchanger, a filter, a pressure switch, a pressure sensor, a cooler.
● Additional cooling units are equipped with auxiliary compressors, control equipment, and filters.
● Speed control system for cooled fan (optional).
Concentrated Discharge Circuit
● Concentrate added automatically, equipped with pneumatic and manual shutoff valve, is used to manually or automatically in the process of wastewater supply.
● Dry crystallization can be adjusted through the program control device or time programming to completely customize the process.
● Scraper structure, increase the efficiency of evaporation, automatically scrape the crystallization of tank wall, to prevent fouling.
● The final dried solid crystals are automatically discharged.
